COVID-19 Arrangements

At present we are carrying out all dental procedures as normal and are taking all prescribed extra precautions.
We are pre-screening all patients and you will be asked:
  • Have you had any symptoms in the last 14 days that are new, such as: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of taste or smell?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or been instructed to self-isolate?
If you answer 'Yes' to either question we will delay your appointment as appropriate in line with current recommendations.
We also ask that when you attend for your appointment you do the following:
  • Attend alone or only bring minimal additional accompanying persons where possible.
  • Use the hand-sanitising gel and observe social distancing when entering the practice.
  • Use QR code to sign in. If you are unable to use the QR code we will sign you in electronically.
  • Wear a face mask at all times in the practice until advised you can remove it for treatment.
We understand that some people may choose not to follow the directives above. We respect your personal choices but for the safety of other patients and our staff, we would not allow you to enter the practice.
Our current opening hours are as follows:
  • Monday: 8:30 - 5:00
  • Tuesday: 8:30 - 5:00
  • Thursday: 8:30 - 5:00
  • Friday: 8:30 - 5:00
The phones are manned every day.
Please call the surgery on (02) 4385 1838, or book online to arrange an appointment.
As ever we are available for dental emergencies at any time, but please don't turn up unannounced - give us a call first to arrange a suitable appointment time.
Please stay home, keep safe, and get the vaccine as soon as you can!
Very best wishes
Tony Appleton
