At present we are carrying out all dental procedures as normal and are taking all prescribed extra precautions.
We are pre-screening all patients and you will be asked:
Have you had any symptoms in the last 14 days that are new, such as: fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of taste or smell?
Have you been in contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or been instructed to self-isolate?
If you answer 'Yes' to either question we will delay your appointment as appropriate in line with current recommendations.
We also ask that when you attend for your appointment you do the following:
Attend alone or only bring minimal additional accompanying persons where possible.
Use the hand-sanitising gel and observe social distancing when entering the practice.
Use QR code to sign in. If you are unable to use the QR code we will sign you in electronically.
Wear a face mask at all times in the practice until advised you can remove it for treatment.
We understand that some people may choose not to follow the directives above. We respect your personal choices but for the safety of other patients and our staff, we would not allow you to enter the practice.
As ever we are available for dental emergencies at any time, but please don't turn up unannounced - give us a call first to arrange a suitable appointment time.
Please stay home, keep safe, and get the vaccine as soon as you can!
We will always try to offer you a same day appointment if you have an emergency so if you or someone you know has a problem please call us.
We offer a comprehensive emergency service for our registered and current patients with phone access to our dentists available until 9.30pm each day. For genuine emergencies we will re-open the practice outside normal working hours and you will be advised of the call-out fee by the dentist on call. If you choose to proceed please note that all fees for the call-out and treatment provided must be paid for in full at the time. This enables us to provide this additional service to our patients and we appreciate your understanding.
